Adam, a US Army Veteran, operated heavy equipment for many years. After his service, Adam worked in the construction industry followed by 10 years as a Supervisor servicing Oil and Gas Rigs throughout the US and overseas. After traveling for work, he and his wife Kristin were ready to come back to Marshall and raise their boys in the small town atmosphere that they knew growing up. Adam and Kristin purchased the agency in 2017. When not in the office, Adam stays busy helping his boys with sports and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Kristin has been part of the Medler Insurance family since 2004 and continues to be a dedicated agent. Together with her husband Adam, they bought the company in 2017 and have been running it ever since. Kristin is a proud mother of two teenage boys, and finds time to volunteer on various committees such as the Special Olympics, Marshall Junior Redhawk’s Basketball, and Marshall Public Schools. Kristin enjoys meeting with new clients every day and helping them with all of their personal, life, and commercial needs.

Meet Laura Norton, a long-time member of our insurance agency. Laura was born and raised in Olivet and has been with us for the past 17 years. When she isn't busy here at the office, she's busy with her two teenagers and being an integral part of her church community. Laura also loves being outdoors including kayaking, and tending to her flower garden. Laura specializes in personal lines and is always eager to provide the best coverage and customer service to her clients!
